About NDC Fence & Deck
My name is Nathan Clare, now knowing that you may be able to decipher that NDC are my initials. By, quite literally, stamping my name on every project we undertake it is my pledge to you that we will deliver the highest quality finished product possible to all of my clients. Budget, timeline, and satisfaction are the key fundamentals here at NDC.

I understand that renovating any part of your home can be costly and invasive whether inside or out. I treat every day and project as a privilege, a privilege that is not taken lightly as I understand the weight that comes with the trust placed on us that we will do the project correctly, on budget, on time, and to the highest possible quality. With over 15 years experience in the industry, you can rely on my approach to bring your dream space into reality.
Our Process
There is something special about bringing an idea, dream, or a sketch to life. With so many components factoring in; dimensions, elevations, board patterns, colour, etc. it can be overwhelming to bring the complete vision together. This is where you can rely on my experience and expertise to help bring it all home. With a wide range of samples, photos, and the consistent obsession of keeping up to date with current trends and install practices, it is my goal to be as prepared as possible to help bring your ideas to fruition.
I have spent years building relationships with likeminded industry representatives, sales staff, as well as other trades required to bring projects to the finish line. It brings me great pride that anyone I bring onto the job site shares common attributes and goals to my company’s fundamentals. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people and relish the privilege it is to be welcomed to their home to talk about their wants, plans, and needs.

I start with a free, on site consultation where we can all familiarize ourselves with one anther and get an idea for the type of work required. Following some discussion, I typically turn to the samples and catalogue I keep to provide in person examples of how things can turn out.

I then put pencil to paper and develop a rendering which facilitates a material take-off, providing my material pricing.
A formal quote is then provided at which point a client can make an educated decision on whether or not NDC is the right fit for them, and of course I hope that we are.
